M.H. “Jim” Estepp is President and CEO of the Andrews Business and Community Alliance. Approximately four to six times a year, the Alliance membership joins with representatives from Joint Base Andrews for a luncheon and in-depth meeting. There is significant opportunity for networking among members and guests before and after the meeting portion.

A typical agenda includes remarks by wing commanders from all aspects of base operations as well as contracting officers, federal, state, and local elected officials, and school/business/civic leaders with updates of relevance to our members and gathered base leadership.
